Dr. Charanek trained at leading institutions in São Paulo, Brazil, including the Women’s Health Reference Center and the Cancer Hospital of São Paulo, where he developed extensive experience in advanced aesthetic and reconstructive techniques.

Since 2010, he has practiced across the Gulf and holds board certifications in Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Widely known as Dr. Ali Al Barzali, he combines authentic Brazilian artistry with surgical precision and a highly personalized approach to patient care.
